Shipping

Gen5DIY uses USPS and UPS for most of our shipping needs.  For any order placed, using a credit card, a signature will be required upon delivery.  For Paypal payments no signature is required.

Gen5DIY can assist you with your international orders.  If there is something that is not listed on our site and you would like it, please let us know and we will be happy to try and locate it for you.   On most small items, including bulbs and our "PNP" harnesses the freight is correct on our site.  For larger items the freight charges are just an estimate.  Please feel free to email us with your shipping information at info@gen5diy.com for an accurate freight quote.

International customer's please know that duties and or taxes are your responsibility and returns will not be accepted due to unpaid duties and or taxes.  As of December 2022, Gen5DIY will no longer be shipping UPS to international destinations as packages were going missing quite too often.  We will be using USPS for international needs and leads times may take up to 21 days
